PonteFino Estates, developer of the upscale mixed-use real estate township in Batangas City, announces the upcoming launch of its latest horizontal residential real estate project with Accent Crest.
After over 20 years of transforming the landscape of Batangas City, it has grown its footage from a 1.5-hectare community to the current 18.5-hectare integrated estate.
PonteFino Estates has successfully delivered the first deluxe hotel in the city with PonteFino Hotel in 2004, and also pioneered in introducing the Neo-Victorian themed homes that include: The PonteFino Residences (with 105 units in 2007 and 2011), PonteFino Prime Heights (with 226 units in 2011), and The Mansions at PonteFino (with 20 units in 2015), otherwise known as “Cherry Town” in the local music video “Cherry on Top” of the Pinoy Pop Artist, Bini.
PonteFino was also the first to develop condotel properties in Batangas with PonteFino Condotel in 2008, and The Terraces at PonteFino with 98 units in 2013. It was also the first to offer a property leasing services and a property lease-back program with The Terraces project. Likewise, it is the pioneer in residential condominium development, with the launch of One PonteFino Tower in 2015 with 86 units. In 2021, PonteFino launched its luxury residential lots at The Mansions with Park Avenue offering 26 units.
Last September 26, 2024, PonteFino Estates also launched the first PEZA-registered I.T. Business Park in Batangas with The Forum, a 4.26-hectare commercial business eco-park that offers commercial/office lots for sale and for lease with special tax incentives for I.T.-related businesses.
In 2025, PonteFino marks another milestone with the launch of its latest horizontal residential enclave, Accent Crest, that will feature modern Asian-designed townhouses and single-detached homes, plus, a limited number of prime residential lots. This will be the first time that PonteFino will be offering a modern Asian-inspired architectural designed homes to cater to the growing demand for comfort and sustainability given its “green” features.
Accent Crest will be the first in the city to showcase Asian modern designed homes in a tranquil community that aims to promote environmental sustainability.
