  • Exemption from payment of any and all Icxal government imposts, fees, licenses, or taxes However. while under the Income Tax Holiday. there is no exemption from real estate tax.
  • Exemption from expanded withholding tax

Additional Benefits For Relocation Or Expansion Outside NCR

  • A project or activity that will completely relocate from the National Capital Region shall be entitled to three (3) additional years of ITH.
